Make an Appointment

If you would like to meet me, make an appointment by email or phone. Insurance will only pay for appointments that take place in the state of Vermont.

Office Location

My office is currently located online, only. Once we schedule an appointment I will send you a link for a secure “room” where we will login and meet over video on computer, tablet, or phone. If I offer in-person appointments in the future, my office will be in the Burlington, VT area.

Payment

I accept payment out of pocket on a sliding fee scale and from Blue Cross Blue Shield, MVP, Vermont Medicaid (Green Mountain Care), and Medicare. Insurance will only pay for appointments that take place in the state of Vermont.
